What is Reiki Healing?
In Japanese, Reiki healing means universal life energy. As this energy is channeled through me and into your body, you will feel an increased amount of energy and relief from pain if you have any.
Reiki Healing promotes our well-being and has no known side effects. A fantastic feature of Reiki healing is that it can be performed both independently and together with doctor-prescribed medication and it also supports and enriches medical treatment, reflexology, acupressure, massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic and psychotherapy, etc.
What is Reiki Healing good for?
Reiki healing restores balance in the mind, mentality and body, which means that Reiki Healing can reduce stress, nervousness and anxiety. It provides deep relaxation, good sleep, well-being and mental clarity.
This is achieved by receiving Reiki Healing over a period of time with a focus on specific topics, such as emotional, physical or mental cleansing. Reiki Healing has no side effects, but after a healing session, some may experience after-effects in the form of sleepiness, tingling and emotional changes.
How often should I get reiki healing
The Reiki healing treatment can be repeated as often as you wish. However, if you want to work with something specific, I would recommend that you receive 4-8 treatments with short intervals to achieve the best effect.
Distant healing and physical healing
I would like to represent two forms of Reiki Healing I normally use: distant healing and physical healing
With distant healing, you can stay at home and relax while you receive healing. I just need your full name and date of birth. With those information, I can send the energy to you as a channel. When I send the energy to you, I can feel where in your body it obsorbs a lot or a little energy, or if it is out of balance.
With physical healing, you show up at my clinic and receive healing. The process involves me running my hands through your body and feeling where you may have pain, tenderness, blockages, physical and mental emotional challenges. I move my hands from head to feet while you lie on your back and stomach.

During the reiki healing treatment I offer consulting about your needs before and after each treatment, so you can move closer to your goal.
